Dindi TV has its own weekly newspaper. The Local Paper is available in Melbourne’s outer northern and eastern suburbs, and throughout regions including Murrindindi, the Yarra Valley, the upper Goulburn Valley, the Plenty Valley and Diamond Valley.
Hard copies of The Local Paper are available free, every week from February to December, at more than 70 outlets in the north-east. Exact replicas of the newspaper can be read, free, online at www.localpaper.com.au
Dindi TV is a long heritage in the region. Dindi TV CEO Ash Long first started reporting about news events in 1973, and has been proprietor of the Yea Chronicle (1984-1993), Murrindindi Shire Advertiser (1995-1999 and 2000s) and The Phoenix (2009-2011).
